DISH 101 was created by Cynthia Wilson, a writer (penname Cyndi Whatif) and independent researcher who spent years trying to understand her own unexplained sensitivities, chronic overwhelm, and conflicting health experiences. With a Bachelors of Science, but no formal medical background, she began studying patterns, scientific principles, and environmental triggers that eventually led her to form the Defensive Individual Shield Hypothesis (DISH).
This course reflects what she discovered through lived experience, research, and experimentation, shared in an accessible, beginner-friendly way.
Currently free and readily available in the free community on Skool, The DISHer Tribe. In the future as it is refined, DISH 101 will open (at a price) in limited groups throughout the year. The schedule tentatively will be released monthly thereafter.
